ECOTERRA® ROCK DRILL FLUID
ASHLESS, NON-CHLORINATED, EXTREME- PRESSURE AIR TOOL LUBRICANT
Phillips 66® Ecoterra® Rock Drill Fluid is a high-quality, adhesive, extreme-pressure (EP) lubricant designed for percussion rock drills used in surface and underground mining operations. It is also suitable for air-powered tools such as jackhammers, pavement breakers, and drifters. Formulated with an ashless, chlorine-free additive package, it minimizes environmental impact.
Ecoterra Rock Drill Fluid provides excellent protection for pneumatic percussion tools, offering high load-carrying capacity to prevent wear and seizure under heavy or shock-load conditions. Its strong adhesion to metal surfaces ensures reliable lubrication in the presence of moisture. At the same time, it contains inhibitors to protect critical components from rust and corrosion. The fluid resists oxidation and maintains thermal stability at high temperatures, ensuring long service life. Its non-chlorinated additive package reduces the environmental impact of leaks or mist and facilitates waste oil disposal.
