Choosing which hydraulic fluid to use for a customer’s equipment can seem like a daunting task, especially to new salespeople. There is a whole world of choices out there—not just of brands, but also of varying base oils, additive contents, viscosities, and cleanliness levels. Factor in the addition of specialty products and an array of synthetics, and it’s understandable the selection could be confusing.
